Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Canonry LLC to delete your personal data at any time. This includes data that Canonry-Poster, our app for publishing posts to clients' Facebook Pages, received from Meta.

How to Ask

Email hello@canonry.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us your name and the email address, Facebook account, or Facebook Page the request is about.

Say what you want deleted, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you.

What We Delete

Canonry-Poster data: the Page access token, our records of the posts it published, and the post IDs and links it saved while checking for duplicates.

Other data: anything else we hold about you, such as details you sent through a form on our website.

Deleting our records does not remove posts from a Facebook Page. A Page admin can delete posts on Facebook.

We may keep records the law requires us to keep. We'll tell you if that applies.

What Happens Next

We'll confirm we got your request within 5 business days and finish deleting within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.

Remove Canonry-Poster's Access on Facebook

If you connected Canonry-Poster to Facebook, you can remove its access yourself. In your Facebook settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Canonry-Poster, and remove it.

This stops new access. To delete what Canonry-Poster already stored, email us as described above.
